About Val

In addition to having a completely hopeless horse obsession, I've been interested in holistic health for many years. I graduated from the respected Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, completed the Raindrop Practitioner training from the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education, am a certified holistic Life Coach, a certified Aroma Freedom Practitioner, and a Registered Yoga Teacher in the Kripalu tradition. Through bodywork, energy healing and life coaching, I am honored to help you live your most radiant life.

I live on a horse farm in the beautiful Ocala area with five horses, 4 cats, a racoon that THINKS she is a barn cat, two turtles, several other humans and a variety of wildlife. I've been involved in the horse industry for as long as I can remember and also hold Certificates in Equine Sports Massage, Reiki, Touch for Health and have training in Alternative Equine Therapies, Acupressure, Thai Massage, Ortho-Bionomy and more. I absolutely love what I do and am constantly attending educational workshops to expand my knowledge in the healing arts.

And I play the Mandolin now. A fairly recent occurrence. I found my Dad's Mandolin 20 years after he passed, and am doing my best to honor him by playing at home and out at concerts. It's totally a work in progress, like me.

Here is a photo of one of my favorite partners ever. He is no longer here on this earth, but never will be forgotten. Always in my heart. Thank you, Barty for spending most of your life with me. I love you.
